East of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust (EEAST), covering Cambridgeshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire, and Essex, has awarded Asset Assured a new contract for the management of its expanded ambulance fleet. 

In 2021, Asset Assured secured a five-year contract to manage EEAST’s fleet of 36 Peugeot patient transport ambulances. 

Following this success, Asset Assured has won a further contact for the management of an additional 65 Skoda Rapid Response Vehicles and 17 Renault Wheelchair Access Vehicles. This brings the total number of vehicles under management to 118, spanning six counties across 7,500 square miles.

Asset Assured manages all aspects of roadworthiness from servicing, tyre maintenance to repairs and breakdown recovery. By negotiating nationally agreed parts and labour discounts, Asset Assured ensures the best value for customers.
