Customer: NMI Safety Systems

As part of our commitment to ensuring every aspect of your vehicle is in excellent health, the Asset Assured team undergo equipment familiarisation directly with product manufacturers.

With over 40 years of experience, NMI hold various awards for innovation and are widely recognised for their high quality and extensive product range. Having attended product familiarisation at the NMI site in Stevenage, the Asset Assured team were able to see at first hand the product range and functionality and gain technical knowledge from the NMI team.

This gave us a great insight on how to maintain the seats and how to proactively rectify common issues using simple solutions.

Having this level of product knowledge potentially allows us to solve seat issues with just a quick phone call rather than the vehicle being taken off the road unnecessarily, causing increased downtime and cost to our clients.
